Jesus Family Tree Poster
This glossy, high quality lineage poster depicts 13 000 years’ genealogy and 72 generations from Adam to the birth of Jesus Christ. (Matt. 3:24 - 38). Printed in Israel and researched by C Himmelman, this Family Tree lists more than 1000 names and more than 200 scripture references from the Bible. The poster is colour-coded and the purple line – which is the royal line - leads up to Noah, the patriarch Abraham and Jacob after which the Family Tree branches out into the Twelve Tribes. In the Tribe of Judah, the purple line continues through the House of David.
On the left the poster compares periods and kingdoms from Adam to Jesus, such as the Period of Patriarchs, running through the Reigns of Saul, David and Solomon to the Divided Kingdom and Herod the Great (37 BC).
